Missing Receipts
If you recently conducted a transaction at one of our stores and was not provided with a receipt, we’d like to know about it. Please e-mail RetailMarketing@travelexamericas.com with the following information

The Approximate Time of Transaction
A Description of your Transaction
The Method of Payment (do not provide credit or debit card details)
Your Address
We will then investigate the transaction and where necessary send a replacement receipt to the mailing address provided.
