Missing Receipts

If you recently conducted a transaction at one of our stores and was not provided with a receipt, we’d like to know about it. Please e-mail RetailMarketing@travelexamericas.com with the following information

  • Your Name
  • The Date of your Transaction
  • The Approximate Time of Transaction
  • A Description of your Transaction
  • The Method of Payment (do not provide credit or debit card details)
  • Your Address

 

We will then investigate the transaction and where necessary send a replacement receipt to the mailing address provided.
